    Company-Initiated Changes: We reserve the right to alter, amend, or withdraw any service without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle breakdowns, staff unavailability, or other operational challenges.
    Communication: Any changes to the service, whether initiated by the client or the company, will be communicated promptly and clearly to ensure understanding and agreement.
    d. Service Execution:

    Non-Payment: Failure to complete payment may result in service cancellation and legal action.
    e. Cancellations and Refunds:

    No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their booked service without prior cancellation will be liable for the full service charge.

    5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

    a. Cancellation by the Client:

    Notice Period: Clients may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled service without incurring any charges.
    Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount.
    b. Cancellation by Guy Carmeli Services:

    Unforeseen Circumstances: In the rare event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified at the earliest and provided with alternative options or a full refund.
    Client Misconduct: Guy Carmeli Services reserves the right to cancel a service in progress if the client or their party engages in unlawful or disruptive behavior.
    c. Refund Policy:

    Eligibility: Refunds are applicable in accordance with the cancellation policy and in instances where services are not rendered as per the booking confirmation.
    Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to the original mode of payment.

    d. Changes to Booking:

    Modification: Clients may modify their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled service without incurring additional charges.
    Late Modifications: Changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to availability and potential additional charges.
    e. No-Show Policy:

    Client No-Show: If the client does not appear at the designated location within 30 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, it will be considered a no-show and may be subject to a 100% charge of the booking amount.
    Service No-Show: If Guy Carmeli Services fails to provide the scheduled service without prior notice, clients are entitled to a full refund.
    f. Force Majeure:

    Exemption: Neither party will be held liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, war, or civil unrest.
    Alternative Arrangements: In such events, alternative arrangements will be explored, and any inability to fulfill the service will result in a full refund.
    g. Complaints and Disputes:

    Submission: Complaints must be submitted in writing to Guy Carmeli Services within 14 days of the service date.
    Resolution: We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and professionally, ensuring fair compensation when warranted.

    6. Liability and Insurance

    a. Limitation of Liability:

    General Limitation: Guy Carmeli Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, whether foreseeable or not.
    Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the said services.
    b. Client Liability:

    Damages: Clients may be held liable for any damages to the vehicle caused by them or their party during the service.
    Misconduct: Any misconduct or violation of the law by the client or their party may result in termination of the service without a refund.
    c. Insurance:

    Coverage: Guy Carmeli Services maintains insurance coverage as per legal and industry standards to protect our clients, staff, and fleet.
    Client’s Personal Belongings: We are not liable for the loss or damage to personal belongings left in our vehicles. Clients are encouraged to keep their belongings secure.
    d. Indemnification:

    By Client: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Guy Carmeli Services, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising out of the client’s use of our services or violation of these terms.
    Third-Party Claims: Clients will indemnify Guy Carmeli Services against any claims by third parties resulting from their actions or omissions.
    e. Safety and Compliance:

    Client’s Obligation: Clients are obliged to comply with all safety instructions provided by our chauffeurs or staff and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
    Child Safety: Clients are responsible for providing appropriate child safety seats and ensuring they are correctly installed.
    f. Force Majeure:

    Non-Liability: Guy Carmeli Services shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
    Notification: In such events, we will notify clients promptly and work towards an amicable solution, which may include rescheduling or refunds.
    g. Legal Jurisdiction:

    Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel.
